Very disappointing, was interested in the new Chicago pizza, did not order Instead ordered medium pizza, half white sauce and half regular red sauce with toppings. Waited 15 to 20 minutes. When arrived home, it was all white sauce, half cooked, could not eat. Discarded half the next day. Drove from Perry, interested the new pizza. Could not make the new pizza with half regular sauce and half white sauce.nWife allergic to tomato basis. Will not be back.!!

Ordered the new Detroit Style pizza from this location. I really enjoyed the one I got from another Pizza Hut in town. I was let down by what I received from this location because the pizza had scanty toppings and even poorer cheese coverage. You could see bare crust all over the pizza and you could actually take bites that gave no toppings whatsoever. I ordered fries and only got a third of the amount that I got from another location. On the plus side... The staff was very friendly ud83dude0a

Total joke! Placed an online order this morning for 5 pizzas to be picked up at 11:45 am. Got the confirmation email stating my pizzas would be ready for pickup at 11:45 am. Drive 30 minutes to pick them up and no one comes to the drive thru window. Lights are off. We pull up and an employee is sitting outside of the store. He asks if we are picking up an order...we tell him yes that we have 12 people to feed but no one came to the window. He tells us he can’t get in and that’s he’s been there since 10:30 but no one else is there. He asks if we want him to cancel our order. Obviously yes! Thank goodness I didn’t pay ahead. So now we are driving to Macon, GA to pick up pizza. Quite a drive from Elko, GA. Will never use your store again ever!

Came through drive thru to order and was told I could not place an order because they were behind and swamped. Really? ...So are you denying all orders online as well? No a good way to conduct business especially when the customer is willing to wait a long time for the product.

Although I did receive the wrong order and had to turn around and go back to the restaurant, I can say that Jen was very professional in correcting the mistake. She was very kind and apologetic and for that reason I will give them another try. Correct order was hot and fresh.
