I went here for the first time today and the girl at the counter was super nice! I think her name started with a K or a C? She knew the menu very well and told me the potential ingredients when I asked, then directed me to a menu item when I described what I wanted. She made it very quickly, too. Amazing service and delicious smoothie, I absolutely want to come here again.nnEdit: Her name was Kacy.

While the service was nice, they were not paying attention to the door and didn’t come to greet us for 5 minutes. I ordered a coffee high protein in Almond Mocha, with dates replaced by peanut butter and a double addition of Diet Down. It had to be remade twice and by the time I actually got it, my two companions had gotten theirs a while before and it tasted so much of extra added peanut butter that I couldn’t even tell it was a coffee high protein. I’m extremely familiar with this smoothie and many others on the menu as I used to be a Team Lead/Assistant Manager at a very busy and popular Smoothie King in Texas and was greatly disappointed by the texture, flavour, attentiveness of the staff, and capability of the staff to make a smoothie. My companions have gone to this location many times and have reported chunky, inedible textures, greatly varying flavours of the same smoothie they always get, and slow service. If the manager would like, I can show the staff myself how to make these smoothies on the menu with ease.

The customer service wasn’t all that great. There shouldn’t have been any reason why I waited that long for 2 smoothies. Plus if you’re going to fill one cup up, fill them both up. I’ll stick to tropical smoothie.

I always get a banana boat. The sevice is always wonderful. Always smiling and positive. And oh my gosh the smoothies are fresh. Always clean and just refreshing. Thank you for always making my visit awesome. Its a thirty min drive for me.and well worth it

THE BEST PLACE TO GET A SMOOTHIE.nI have been several times for nutritional purposes, since I've been underweight. The hulk smoothie has helped me gain at least 15 pounds. I get it with chocolate peanut butter banana and however else it comes.nWould recommend 100% to anyone regardless of weight and wants for eating smoothies.
