The pizza was decent although Papa John's is better. The chicken was cold too the touch and waffles were extremely small. The delivery was late and I had to call to ensure my charged order was actually being made. Conversations with the restaurant and delivery driver was pleasant and respectful. I will not order from them again when I can get better quality pizza and sides for much less. Maybe in-service is better and they don't know how to manage their deliveries? Once the items are made, they should be placed in a pizza warming bag. Don't wait to do this or the food will be cold and you will not have repeat business. I support local small businesses but only when they can offer good quality to decent cost. I am not sure how the quality in the United States has diminished with food service. I truly hope each ma and pa store gets back to basics. Thank you.
Very disappointed with customer service. I called to discuss an issue with our order and the female associate was immediately defensive and rude. She would not listen to what I had to say. While I love the food, quality of food and quality in service go hand in hand. I will not order from here again.

Very good food. Customer service could be better. No one spoke to me or greeted me when I entered. Had to stand there for a few minutes before anyone helped me. Fix your customer service, and you'll be 5 stars.
We had the place to ourselves but the pizza was fixed as we requested and was good. The service was good too!
