Mark (store manager) is always kind and helpful. Dylan always knows what to do when any of my cars are in trouble. Both men are knowledgeable about the products they sell, which makes my life SO much easier!
Bought a jump starter for my Vehicle because I use my vehicle once a month or 2 at the most and the cold weather can't keep it charged for that long of time. The employee was lacking in the knowledge that one requires to sell these types of devices. I got something so heavy for me to carry or just to open the hood of the vehicle is impossible for me a Handicapped person.nIts cost over $100.00 dollars for something that is impossible for me to use.nSo now I have to return the device back to the store and find another type of shop to get my needs met.nPlease let's learn when sn employee is uneducated in an area of need just use a different store that sells the same types of devices but has the knowledge to assist you.
Monica went above and beyond today with customer service ! She was very knowledgeable, funny and so kind. I came in flustered and clueless about my car battery. It was nice to have someone truly care about helping me. If you go to this Auto Zone ask for Monica!
Usually pretty friendly and helpful- used to be a manager there didn't quite know how to treat folks but he ain't there anymore, thankfully.
This store location was a mess the manager there was a total disregard to customer satisfaction. Advasive, rude, unhelpful, and one sided. Would not help in any way, only to be directly corrupt and meaningless to customer satisfaction.
