Have used this place many times for oil changes and more complicated maintenance. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve tried many places in Warner Robins for auto repair, and this place is the best - bar none. Management goes out of their way to make customers feel welcome. I would recommend this place to anyone!
They are always awesome with the customer service and Andrea or Angela, the store manager rocks. They are open and honest. I got a quote from another shop with a price tag of 1900 dollars once they discovered it was an insurance claim. But this place saved me 800 dollars. While prices may seem a little higher compared to some other shops... the bottom line is that quality and convenience cost a little extra. The value for the dollar you receive from Express Oil cannot be touched. The ease, quickness, attention to detail, knowledge and above all customer service is amazing. The most impressive thing to me is that management is visible, accessible and actively engaged in the entire process...and that is rare. I highly recommend the Russell Parkway location, and will continue to do my business there.
