Upon entering the dealership parking lot I met with Noah Williams a sales manager and he was the most professional representative and told me the features and price of the 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe that I purchased. After hours of negotiation he got me to the price I was comfortable with for purchasing this vehicle. Even though it took some time Noah Williams never let up in getting me the price I was comfortable with even though was ready to walk out and just leave the vehicle I so much wanted. Our experience with Five Star Chevrolet exceeded all expectations. The response time from everyone involved was almost instantaneous. We believe our sales professional, Cathleen Jackson, went above and beyond in every area. From talking on the phone, to her videos of the car, and to working out the final details, we feel we were very fortunate to have Cathleen Jackson on our side. JP (Jonathan Porter) is awesome, for one he stayed with me and my husband after it was time to go home(Closing time for them) to make sure I was getting what I wanted and happy with my selection but also I wasn’t able to take the vehicle home the same night but he stayed in contact with me from the day we visited the store till the day I picked the truck up. I absolutely love my new traverse. Wanted to give a shout out to Five Star Chevy in Warner Robins. They did an excellent job and had great customer service. Our salesman Roseme was very knowledgeable and the Sales manager Alan Johnson was great to work with!! This is our second purchase with them and will go back in the future!!!
