Mr Acosta was very nice, answered any questions, kept us updated throughout the transaction. I’m very pleased with both Mr Acosta and Hughes Honda!nnOn 12/21, I went in to have my vehicle serviced. The Service Department was clean and the staff were friendly; answering my questions.nnOn 8/15/29, I went to have my vehicle serviced. The staff is always courteous and I look forward to the next time; no problems at all.

My Service experience at Hughes Honda was yet again was nothing short of amazing. With dealing with multiple Vehicles they were able to get me in in out of there in a short time period. I definitely will continue to go to them when my car is in need and I will refer any one to them so they continue to customers for there excellent service!!

Best customer service hands down. I purchased a new Odyssey in 2007, after 13 years and 170000 miles I decided to buy a new 2021 Odyssey. I brought my 2007 Odyssey to Hughes for all of the service and repairs for those 13 years. It would take up to much time for me to text how awesome this dealership is. Even the buying process is stress free. Plus it's putting money into the local economy.

My experience at Hughes Honda was nothing but awesome from the time I arrived to look, up until my purchase. Ronnie, Robert, and Kyle were all amazing. Robert showed me all the tech aspects of the vehicle and allowed me to ask questions, which he gave knowledgeable feedback to. Robert greeted me like family, showed me the vehicle and what all it had to offer, and he answered all of my questions in their entirety. Kyle was knowledgeable of the financial aspect and allowed me to ask questions and choose the additions that I wanted instead of what they wanted to give/sale. The customer service that they showed/gave me was genuine. The overall experience was great and I would recommend them to anyone.

I found the Honda Odyssey I purchased online and was very impressed by the prompt and couteous response to my questions etc regarding the vehicle. When I visited Hughes Honda of Warner Robbins I was greeted by Carlos who accompanied me on the test drive and answered all my questions in a competent and professional way. He was very friendly and not at all pushy. Once I had decided to purchase the vehicle, which was clean and well prepped by Hughes, Carlos helped my through the rest of the buying process. Closing the deal was also very positive as Kyle, the financial guy, was a pleasure to deal with. He offered a lot of extras but did not pressure me to buy anything. I would enthusiastically do business with Hughes Honda again.
