Just take what you're given

I work literally across the street so I’m sorry for this poor service. I went today and ordered two meals with a shamrock shake and a chocolate shake. They took my order. They took my money. I drove forward to the window and they sent me to wait for the food. A few minutes later a young man came forward with a bag, hands it to me and walks away. I called him back saying I was waiting for my shakes. Yes, he said, we are out of the syrup for the shamrock shakes. Would you like something else? I ordered a chocolate shake but I understood that he knew I was waiting for a shake and chose to ignore it. I understand running out of food. It happens. At this restaurant far too often, but tell me when I place my order. They didn’t tell me when I placed my order, nor when I was told to wait for the food, still not when he brought my food. I think he hoped I would drive away and forget—but his underhanded treatment is UNFORGIVABLE. Was I supposed to wait forever? Was someone else coming? I doubt it. They tried to cheat me. This is ridiculous behavior and their service deserves a permanent boycott.

The employees work hard and are kind. Their accuracy on food is great I never had my order wrong. They always make sure I have everything I need and are very fast and dress nice. Thank you good work you do you are appreciated. Sincerely

Absolutely terrible service. Food served with stale rolls. Or stuff laying around too long. I've written emails to the owners.nThere staff is horrible. Can't get easy things done right. I drive a little further to Watson and use them. Rude Mngmt.

Honestly the spicy chicken sandwich, for me at least, was surprisingly good. It contained alot of chicken with good amounts of spice. Also I found the staff to be quite kind. Now I don't know if I just got lucky but the staff and sandwich was great. To the point where I would compare it similar to the Chick-fil-A's sandwich. Overall it was surprising and enjoyable.
