Had an issue at the gas pump. I was charged, but didn’t even use the gas. I called the corporate office back like they told me to do, but nobody even returned the phone call.
Cashiers lack drive. Seem unmotivated. I asked for something at the counter and the response was “do what?”. Followed by throwing my item on the counter by the cashier. The woman looked old enough to know how to behave in a professional customer service position. Very sad. Hire better people.
Was asked to take off my mask in store by an unmasked employee. Update: After speaking with the company, employees are still not wearing masks.
Very bad customer service
Nasty. This is one of the nastiest bathrooms I have ever seen and I've done a bit of traveling. There was human feces in the floor and toilet paper and paper towels every where with the garbage can in the middle of the bathroom and trash overflowing from it to the floor.
