I want to see this place. They fly over my house all the time and I'm the one pointing up looking at what is flying by. I love the noise they make which is not inconsiderate. It always sounds like they do their best to keep it down. I love my private air shows. If you feel like some aerobatics would be in order. I am on the north crosswind leg of the landing pattern. Keep up the good work pilots! My family is always happy to see you.
Love watching the Piper Cups take off and land. I live next to the Air Strip too.
This airport was here long before any resident could complain about it. It’s a beautiful grass strip with lots of great people who share a passion for aviation.nnIt’s unfortunate to hear people complain about this place. It might go the way of so many other small airports. CLASIC STORY: airport out in the country, buildup goes up around it, neighbors complain to city council, voters outnumber pilots, city council shuts it down.nA big mall or more houses go up in its place. It’s been happening all over the country. Very sad.nnStay strong Warner Robins! Keep this place alive. The pancake breakfasts are awesome! We need general aviation to continue to grow.nnInstead of complaining, maybe you residents could go over there, and say hi. I bet those pilots would even take you for a ride, and refer you to a flight instructor!

Carl, I think you are speaking of one Saturday a month. The last Saturday of every month they have a pancake breakfast. But they are good people. Should go down and meet them.
