Called in an order early in the week, talked to a Kazi, put on hold for 27:16, someone else eventually answered. Go to pick up and theres nothing going on in the place. No line of orders, 2-3 drivers doing prep/cleaning. I won't be ordering here again, whoever they've replaced in operations is a POS. Usually got something every week or so. Shame, it was such a good place for quite a while.

Take your time they always busy. The food is the best. I do not have complains about service.

I place an order on this store using Uber eats and after one hour waiting I decide to give them a call and the guy who took my call was really rude because I didn’t order directly from them and instead I used I third party (Uber eats) so basically he told me that he can not tell me the status of my order. After few minutes trying to make him understand that I was willing to order and pay directly to them if he tell me the status. He lied telling me that my order wasn’t placed so I place another order with them and I end up with two pizzas. One from them 1 hour later and another one from Uber eats two and 1/2 hours later. I have to pay for both and trash the last one since they didn’t even sealed like the first one.

Me and a friend ordered pizza one night to be delivered when it came my friend was missing his pasta. He called back and they credited it under my account. Well 6 days later we call to place a new order and the credit was missing and the manager on duty refused to honor it. keep in mind we are very bug customers and order 50 dollar orders atleast once a week. We will most likely not be going there here on out as riverside is better quality and at a cheaper price.

I placed an online order, as I always do to earn my points and free food. This time around I did the curbside pickup, contactless. My order was for 7:45 pm which is my lunch time. I left a little early for lunch to get my food on time and still have a full 30 minutes to eat. When I arrived, I texted the number with “HUT” and was asked for my name and car. I never heard back after giving my info. I watched the manager and one worker with locs look at me through the window as the only car outside and not move an inch.. I’m thinking, “ okay, maybe I can give 5 mins for it to finish”....nnI literally sat in my car from 7:45 pm until 7:56 pm and did not rec’ve my pizza until 8:00pm which is 15 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be handed to me directly curbside and 15 minutes after a text came through my phone. This behavior is so unacceptable and unprofessional. I’ve had better service from this place with only 2 people working at nights, and there was a full staff in there tonight. No excuses!!!
