Just made an order today. There was a small issue with one of the sandwiches, but the customer service was wonderful in resolving the issue. Thank you! Will definitely be back.

My first time eating from this location at sugarloaf parkway and it was a horrible experience! i ordered a ultimate porker sandwich... THEY GAVE ME A HAM SANDWICH!!! with a load of mayonnaise very sloppy! Oh and the the new kickin chicken? Disgusting! it was a tun of mayonnaise with hot lettuce for the most part, and there was no chicken. You will definitely not get what they show in the picture, so sad they have people that they can care less. Very very disappointed. Never going back for sure.

2nd visit in two weeks, both times my order was wrong. It's simple instructions that can make/break someone's experience. It's so annoying to get back home/work to realize your order is wrong.

I normally love this location, great service,etc. However when we went tonight, the lady taking our money in the drive-thru was not wearing a mask. She was also handling a customer's drink. I asked her why she wasn' wearing a mask and she said it was because she is not handling the food. I call bs. You are around the food, drinks, and the other employees. This is just irresponsible. She asked me if I would like her to put one on, but what's the point??? She should have done that in the first place. Too late now! Everyone else in this location was wearing a mask. I think the manager needs to take measures to make sure ALL the employees are doing what they can to ensure their safety and the safety of their customers. Very disappointed ☹ufe0f

Sandwiches are fine and my order is right each time, but for the past two months or so, they havenmost certainly not been “freaky fast.” Easily the slowest fast food place in the area, but this wasn’t always the case. Must be new management or just training a bunch of people.
