I received great customers service over the phone. Foos delivered in a timely manner, fresh and hot. Those Garlic Parmesan wings, OH YES! Delivery guy on point and nice.
I waited an hour to get my pizza delivered I called and no answer. I called again and no answer. I drove all the way their and told the guy upfront I’m here to pick up a delivery. I told him to take off the fee and the tip. He then proceeds to ask me “do I take the tip off also” like ofc u do I drove their to pick up the pizza.my food was already prepared and it was cold. I saw him hang up on customers as he heard the phone ring. The pizzas were not made right. Horrible service.
It was a great order for my sons birthday party. We love pizza sand the deals that we can get
A little slow but other than good!
The pizza is good ,but this is the second time something goes wrong with the delivery. 1st time the driver completely forgot my pizza, the 2nd the order was wrong , and on the 2nd trip i asked them to add some garlic sauce and then they forgot that too.
