I’m a little shocked that I have to write this review. For context, I was involved in a car accident last year and was ruled at fault. Since then, the person involved in the accident has served myself and my insurance company with legal papers. This is my first time being served (or in any legal situation for that matter) so I sought legal advisement for some peace of mind.nnThe first meeting I had with Ms. Taire was great! She answered all of my questions and gave me the peace of mind I needed. Since that meeting, the other party from the accident decided that he was going to sue, and I was served. I was advised by many to seek legal advice again and chose Ms. Taire immediately due to my previous experience.nnI’m not sure what happened this time. I made an appointment to speak with her on Tuesday. She was almost 10 mins late for appointment time, which I shrugged off because she was probably busy. She called and I began to explain the new occurrences in the situation. We were only on the phone for two minutes. Our call started to cut out, so Ms. Taire said that she would call me back because it seemed like the issues were coming from her end. It’s been three whole days since she said she would call me back…and nothing. No call back, no email…nothing. I’ve decided to look into other legal counsel options as this situation is one of the toughest situations I’ve been in.nnMy legal situation may be common due to it being related to a car accident, but it’s very serious to me and having legal counsel that takes it seriously is extremely important to me.
