Danny Porter should be investigated, along with those who have influenced the manipulating of cases without external investigations. Please do your research, if you have found yourself here looking for info. Sheriff Butch Conway and Gwinnett County Jail, should be included.

After having to drive down Duluth’s streets for a while for work where the big $ is made from going from 45MPH to 35MPH and hanging out there to terrorize people “speeding” I gotta say, I’m super happy people are calling out Officer Spann. “Badge number 1181” had me cracking up...good for people to put that. She was by far, in my opinion a super rude, intimidating cop, chilling at the speed trap intersections, handing out her hot pencil tickets. Hopefully she’s at least not doing traffic anymore. Maybe by now she’s got people in tears on the desk phone. The district attorney doesn’t seem to want to help people with these tickets either in my opinion. My opinion? It’s money not safety.

Gwinnett county DA isn't there to protect victims of domestic abuse. I fought and fought for justice to be served and the DA dropped the ball. She gave me a big Oops, sorry i left that out in your case. She left out a very important piece in my case against the man that almost killed me. My attacker had domestic violence, false imprisonment among other charges and she left out domestic violence on the day of the final verdict. Thanks to her, we have a man out in our society that will most likely find his next victim to abuse (What could be your daughter, friend, niece, etc), knowing my case was the second case I had against him for the exact crime, only in this second case my attacker looked straight in my eyes and made it clear I wouldn't make it out alive. Woke up on the bathroom floor and cops around my home, thanks to my child that called 911 on her father I made it to see another day.

Just called up there to get the address and the receptionist was quite a b!tch. My husband lost the envelope and I figure it would be a quick question. It doesn't require rudeness to give out an address. You really have to be a awful person to be like that.

I thought the state was for justice. I witnessed them twist and turn and make up their own views on a case and a person. They made it look one way when it was another. But my sons attorney put him in his place along with the detectives who lied and tricked there way for a child to talk even when asking for an attorney. The da stuttered and to repeat my look at notes. Even if I didn't know the charged and had been someone I didn't know my verdict would be to drop it all. They r fishing just want to throw away a kid who mad some mistakes yes but did nothing of what they want to charge or do. Justice is about winning but about what's right. Where's peoples integrity? Where did they get this da from? I guess they thought this kid wouldn't have a good attorney or one that cared!
