Clean gym with plenty of equipment to cover all workouts. Multiple treadmills and ellipticals. Free weights available as well. It never seems to be crowded and the fact that you can go any time of the day is convenient.
Clean building, the vibe is usually pretty mellow. Rarely crowded to the point where I'm uncomfortable, showers and lockers for your stuff.
Didn't sign up but the owner was VERY nice. Gym was clean and we'll maintained. Definitely check it out
Would definitely use them visiting amd searching the town out... Great to meet you...guese its time to spruce it up for the holidays...why doesn't anyone do holiday Painting anymore on gym windows?
The free weight section is quite bad. No power racks and they have a dedicated bench press station and a dedicated incline bench station and dedicated squat station. This means waiting to squat, ohp, press etc if someone is already using the one station. You'd think it would make more sense to have 3 power racks instead. Same amount of space used but three people can bench or squat etc at a time. Also the plates were all over the place and clearly no one was putting them away ever and that includes employees. The bikes I usually use for warm up were also not working when I was in. All in all this is one of the most disappointing AFs I've been too. I travel 50% of the of time for work which is why I have this membership and have been generally impressed with the overall quality of the locations I've visited across the country but this is the worst one I've seen by a mile.
