Large, clean facility with tons of equipment and a spacious, custom-made rig. There's a built-in coffee shop along with a kids' area and apparel section in the lobby. The community is welcoming and friendly as well as the coaches who are passionate and experienced in all levels of fitness!

Amazing gym with a very familiar atmosphere! The coaches constantly are there to not only motivate but to push us beyond our limits! The workouts created are challenging but every time you finish you would have learned something new and improved in some shape or form! They see the best in each and every one of their customers! Extremely kind and passionate! It is clear that all who is there cares about all and their well-beings ! Not to mention their coffee is delicious and they also have great beverages to help you feel energized, refreshed, and recovered! They also provide recovery sessions with Stretch Plus! Highly recommend and you should definitely check it out if you haven’t already!

The coaches are awesome & the environment is so positive and motivating. I went to this gym for a day to see if it was something I’d like & became a member before I left... immediately loved everything about it.

Great gym with great coaches/owner that challenge the classes with their enthusiasm because they truly love cross fitness and self improvement.
