Dawn is an amazing yoga teacher with a great atmosphere and a great location! I love every single one of her classes. They will challenge and inspire you! I look forward to her classes and would go every day of the week if I could. She's compassionate and beautiful and you can tell she really loves what she does! She takes the time to speak with you about what you want from your yoga practice, and get feedback on the classes. I've not experienced that before and it's truly special. Her students are very dedicated to her and studio and once you start it's easy to see why.
I found this studio just after getting out of a bad relationship. It was destiny and exactly what I needed to recover, spend time in meditation and learn to let go. Dawn is very accommodating during sessions and her sessions are always incredibly relaxing! If your looking for some self-love or just a new yoga studio to try, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
