I went to get my prescription filled since I work close by on 1/1. The person in the pharmacy told me that she could not fill my medication because they don’t have a relationship with my DR and that I would have to go where I live or somewhere close to my Dr office which is about an hour away. I have NEVER heard of this!!! Went to CVS right up the street and they were able to fill with no problem.

My daughter had a school project, and as with most projects last minute changes needed to be made, the night before the projects due date! Of course she and I were both scrambling to get the materials. My daughter and I were printing photos at 9:30 P.M.! The customer service associates were helpful, friendly, and most importantly not bothered with by our being in the store so close to closing time. Thank you!

I wish I was able not give any ratings after what i just encountered. as I was walking into the store i looked at the cashier counter and this female name cindy was there made eye contact with me and did not greet me or acknowledged my presence . that says a lot about the store and her management skills. just awful. thank you Walgreens for hiring this type of people and making us feel not wanted or wanting to have a repeat customer.

Thank God, this is not my regular Walgreens! I needed to return something I bought yesterday. It was clearly water damaged.The cashier nearly had a meltdown because I had removed said product from the sleeve. This turned out to be the plastic packaging. It had the product key on it. I am not at all certain how I was supposed to use the product without removing the plastic wrapping. Then the computer would not let her process the refund. So she called what I assume was shift manager. He could not process it either. It was over his limit too. $25.00. So the called the store manager out of the back. They had to page her three times before she actually came. She put the refund through, then wanted to know why the computer wanted to give me 26.49 when it was clearly only 20.49. She was holding my receipt for $26.49. Through it all they treated me like I was the one who had done something wrong.nnIf I have to drive 10 miles out of my way, I will never set foot in this store again.

Took 24 minutes to pick up photos. This was due to there only being one employee in the the whole store at 4:30pm on a Monday. when I gave my last name and said there were multiple envelopes to pick up I was handed two out of the four. I had to reiterate that there were more photos in my order.
