Their business name can be deceiving since there is NO quality in repair or service. I spent a total of $6,762.74 at their shop last August of 2020. They didn’t put everything back in place including screws and nuts, when they took my truck apart for repair. This shop only accept repair jobs that are easy and profitable, and will turn away more complicated repair jobs. You be the judge in their business name and service. I don’t see any quality in their service.
My experience with Quality Repair Service has really been very successful. Marlon Jackson made my day. I have never even heard of this place until my car broke down and this nice concerned guy stopped to see was I ok after almost 25 cars passed by. Not only did he stop but he was concerned and made sure I got to where I needed to go and waited until I got assistance. It's people like Mr. Jackson that makes the world go around and just for his kind act I would recommend anyone taking their services to Quality Repair!!! It's not just the name of this company he works for. It's actually what they provide. Whoever his boss is should be happy to have an employee of his kind!!! Thank you Mr. Jackson and may God bless you richly for your Quality Service!
