Service was impeccable!!! From the time we walked in and every step of the process everyone was friendly and welcoming. Store Manager walked around many times and checked on us! Big thanks to Otto, very thorough, yet patient and definitely gets your deal done!! My daughter walked out with the car she wanted and deal was within her budget without even asking. I had a great experience with US Autosales! Otto Gales was a wonderful sales rep, and he made buying a car an easy and non-stressful process. After I lost my car in a freak accident, I didn't know how I would replace my vehicle. He made me comfortable with my purchase, so I recommend everyone to check them out if you are in a need of a vehicle.
I must say Brian my salesman definitely helped me out in every aspect. He was even willing to go as far as TN to pick up the car I originally wanted. But I ended up going with a better option that worked out great in the long run. He was patient & very honest. If anyone is in the market for a BUY HERE PAY HERE dealership.
