This is my new go-to Starbucks! I always shop at this Kroger and it’s super convenient. I also come here whenever I want a coffee and the employees already have my order memorized! Great customer service
I’m very disappointed with this place. The past few times I’ve been here to want to get an eggnog latte, they’re always out of eggnog like as they cannot keep any in stock! Next time I will not be ordering the eggnog latte because they never have any eggnog in stock and if I could give this place zero stars I would.
Review gets 3 stars because the coffee and service are USUALLY pretty good. But today we stood in line waiting to place an order, and instead of getting coffee, we watched the on-duty employee spend his time ringing up another employee's purchases from the grocery store, not the coffee shop. He finally finished, then began ringing up her mother's purchases from the grocery store as well. We became irritated, and left. Starbucks needs tolet employees know that this is not acceptable. Won't be returning to this location.
