I know it's only McDonald's and I shouldn't expect much...today was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. A kid yelling at me because he screwed up the order and forgot something. I asked very politely for the missing drink. I guess I insulted him when I asked what I paid for. Instead of yelling back, I took a deep breath and drove off. The dollar sweet Tea and that little punk aren't worth it.
Everyone has been to McDonald's. Some are good. Some are bad. Few are great. This one gets closer to great than most. I'd go back.
Lunch hour busy, but the drive thru was moving quickly. Staff at both windows wore gloves and was very respectful and courteous.
Typical McDonald's...Slow as usual, but gave me unsweetened tea instead of the sweet tea that I ordered.
You just can't beat the fries at McDonald's. This location's drive thru is pretty efficient. I like to order using the app and pick up through the drive thru, but we occasionally use the curbside pickup as well.
