Great customer service. Have been coming here for over 20 years. Every associate calls me by my name. Are always courteous and process transactions quickly.
This location is the absolute worst they have the worst customer service EVER!!! I have my business account , my personal and my auto loan and I’m searching right now to move all of them!!
Attempting to deposit a check and received a lot of trouble just making a deposit. Don't waste your time, go to a different location or switch banks, easy peazy.
Never have I ever dealt with a bank who won’t take cash as a deposit when depositing money into another person’s account (as a favor to them). I had to write a personal check from my account to deposit into the person’s account and now have to take an extended lunch break tomorrow to deposit the cash into my personal account.nnHow do you keep customers when your policies are so asinine and restrictive? Cash doesn’t bounce!nnThis reminds me of why Wells Fargo will never get my personal business again in the future.
