So far so great! I came in right before Thanksgiving needing a place for movers to put things sort term, after another storage place fell through at the last minute. Clean, convenient and friendly staff! Great communication from management, in all my frazzled rush I sent the wrong insurance form and they were great in helping me get them the right information! Also Love all the security cameras!! Star Storage was a gem hiding right under my nose!!
Tracy is friendly, efficient, and professional. The storage facility is secure, clean, and well lit. I feel comfortable storing my valuable stuff there!
The management and office staff here are very nice and the facility is secure and clean. We stored household goods for about a year or more, and had no moisture damage, pests, or problems of any kind. When it was time for us to empty the unit, we were a day late notifying the office and our next month’s payment had been charged, but they refunded it without us even having to ask. Very kind and helpful folks.
They won't let u in the office, u have to call a number ridiculous ud83dude44
