Hands down, best customer service ever. Selina the Property Manager is so helpful and kind, she really does her best to make sure you understand the process and makes an effort to connect with you which is not something you come by often. You can tell she loves her job, which reassures me that I'm choosing the right company! Don't go anywhere else, but Space Shop, they won't disappoint!

This new location is awesome! Super clean and nice storage units. Leslie at the front desk was amazing. She’s super organized, friendly and helpful. She was incredibly helpful my boyfriend and I find the right storage unit for us and she can do the same for you. Super affordable prices too!

Leslie, the property manager, made each and every step of the process easy and enjoyable for me! She went out of her way to make sure that I was completely satisfied through the whole moving process. Her knowledge definitely made my entire move much much easier. They even sell all the supplies that I needed. I searched around looking for a storage facility that I liked, and I must say, Leslie was without question, the deciding factor for me! She is always smiling and ready to help in any way she can! Good customer service is not something that you see or experience very often in this messed up world we live in, so when you do receive excellent customer service, appreciate it, and let them know that they are doing an amazing job! We were driving home and got turned around. We stopped by the rental office for directions to Interstate 75 northnTHE MANAGER came out of the office and was so sweet. She offerred to print directions .nIt rare these days to get good friendly service....
