Good food but it's understaffed or undersized for the traffic it gets. 30 minutes to get through drive through

The longest I have ever sat in any drive through, let alone a chick fil a. The employees were outside to take orders per usual, on a beautiful day, but they took 10 minutes in between cars to stand to the side and talk to each other rather than take orders from the multitude of cars in line. I spent a total of 45 minutes in the drive through line.

Super fast drive thru!! Was out running errands and just wanted to pick something up quickly and they did a great job and of course the staff was friendly especially under the Covid protocols. Great no contact pick up!
