Disappointed. Today asked for 2 sandwiches by themselves but was charged for 2 meals. Asked for cheese and ranch on the sandwiches, the plus cheese was on the ticket yet neither had cheese. No ranch on either and not on ticket. This is after the entire order was read back to me when I ordered inside and was correct. Must do better.
Typical food, never season the fries anymore, I order fries and they had no seasoning, so they gave me more fries three days later in order to satisfy my order, unfortunately those fries also did not have seasoning salt
Got two salids and both had old brown colored lettuce. They need to do a better job.
Great store, great location. Food is always good. Drive through misses it most of the time though if you're not ordering something exactly how it comes. You ask for no bread, get double bread. No cole slaw, get cole slaw anyways. The one thing everything else was right, I got a 4 piece instead of a 6 piece. Simple order. Zax plate, no bread, no slaw, just fries and 6 tenders with an extra tongue torch. Family was in town for the holidays and had the same problem. I want the store to thrive, because it's convenient and I'm a regular. Don't know how else to let you guys know, so it's here. Will update if addressed.
Portions are small. Not a great value. The ceiling fans were on high. I couldn't even take my coat off. It was 40 degrees outside and too cold to have fans on full blast. Maybe they didn't want anyone to be too comfortable. Good way to discourage indoor dining
