We used and were very pleased with Five Star Painting. While they were not the cheapest option, we are happy with our choice. From Paul the estimator, Scott the Project Manager, Cesar who stained the deck, Mary Jo who helped us schedule, Barry the Sales Manager, everyone was professional, and we are pleased with the quality of work that was done. Pleased with the services that they completed for me. It was completed a week or two ago so I can’t speak on the longevity of the work but I am pleased at the finished product. Would’ve given 5 stars but the communication as far as knowing start times ahead of the actual start times was hit or miss. Not a big issue but would’ve been great to know before hand instead of getting a text saying the workers are on site.
Five Star painted the siding and trim on my house in November. They did an excellent job and completed it in 2 days. Their crew was fast and efficient and did a great job. Very pleased with the end result and my house looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend Five Star for your painting needs. Very professional and each day Scott the Project Manager came out checked on progress and worked with us to check for issues. They were very upfront about what needed to be fixed and charges were presented for approval before the work was added.
Very responsive; from Kim’s initial appraisal of work to be done, Maryjo’s timely communications regarding scheduling, to completion of the exterior painting project. Scott, the assigned Project Manager, was excellent in communicating instructions to the painting crew, following up with them during the day, and returning at the completion of the project to inspect and ensure I was completely satisfied with the end result. The crew left the property completely free of debris. A job exceedingly well done! Highly recommend Five Star Painting for your painting needs!
Five Star Painting was extremely reliable, scheduled our project quickly, were very organized and possess great communication with their customers. Scott was our project manager and kept us informed from start to finish of the progress as well as performed the walk-through in the beginning and at the end of the project and David was the lead in efficiently painting the exterior our home with his crew. We are very pleased with their work, answering all of our questions throughout, and the end results.
