FASHION DALARY

Bought some heels from the one at cottonwood I wore them for 30 mins cause the shoes were so uncomfortable I couldn't even wear them. I went a few days later to exchange the shoes and I had my receipt and the lady refused to exchange them cause it had some dirt at the bottom. I went home and rinsed the dirt off and there fine. This place is a scam the shoes are poor quality and they know that so that's why they dont want to refund you or exchange. Dont waste money here.

Great experiences at this store such great service, the staff is friendly at all 3 locations they have they have a variety of shoes, different colors, different styles, and GREAT PRICES, they exchange your shoes if there in good conditions but they do not return cash back. I had no problem with returning shoes because they were in good condition. I love this store and I will continue shopping at it. I recommend this store to everyone!!

Waste of Money! Wore boots 3 times and the seam split. Poor quality and the owner would not exchange. She said it was too late! The mall was closed until today because of Covid 19. Don't waste your money on their inferior products!

Have a large variety of shoes, so many styles and colors. Friendly staff, and the owner was really friendly as well. I recommend this store, and they have three different locations.

They really need a “zero star” option. The Fashion Dalary is a disaster; do not spend your time or hard earned money in this disaster of a store. Bought a pair of boots for my daughter that were worn 6 times to school, both heels and both toes came apart. Went to return the boots, they hide the “no return” sign, and then verbally tell you that you can not return if at all worn. Absolute joke of a “store.” Oh, and the workers keep their two year old in 1x2 box behind the desk while they “work.” Do not shop at this store!
