The Fernandez Law Firm did solid work for me in a contested, three party real estate matter. One of the parties was a crook and a scoundrel. The other was just a clown. The Fernandez Law Firm re-set the narrative in my favor, did a lot of work for one price, and was pointedly fierce while pursuing my interests. They did not bother me with the little things, but they let me know when my attention was needed. They did not back down and they were tough. They kept applying pressure until we won. I highly recommend The Fernandez Firm as honest, ethical, and hardworking.

One Letter --- That’s All!nnGREAT RESULTS! We hired The Fernandez Law Firm, a Business and Technology Law Firm to take care of a situation. The Managing Partner, Ms. Fernandez, used good strategy, and is very detailed and prepared, and will make sure that everything is correct before she sends it out. She circulated several drafts from her office to us until the letter was perfect. Then Ms. Fernandez wrote one very detailed letter, sent it certified to several different groups, and that one letter took care of EVERYTHING! Within a month the entire situation was completely resolved. Ms. Fernandez saved us money. Ms. Fernandez will not let anyone behave dishonestly or unethically, and she herself is very honest, very tough, very fair, very strategic, very organized, and very ethical. Ms. Fernandez is a business and technology lawyer, and she has a lot of experience in business and contracts. The Fernandez Law Firm also charged a very fair price and saved us money.
