I found Susan to be very honest and forthright. Susan also gave me excellent value for my money. Susan was always responsive, and she gave me realistic expectations and timelines. I am very glad I was able to work with Susan on my legal issue. Susan McCarthy represented me in an administrative matter in family court, and I was very pleased with all aspects of the legal representation. Thank you Susan!

I had a fantastic experience working with Susan McCarthy. She is very knowledgeable about the law, will work diligently on your behalf and is super responsive. She kept me informed every step of the way through my case and went to bat for me with a very difficult other party. Susan will explain each step to you while detailing best and worst case scenarios. She will not simply tell you what you want to hear. She is honest, empathetic and realistic. I never once felt like a faceless client and am so thankful to have been referred to Susan by a friend. If you want to work with a lawyer that actually cares about you and your case, I would whole-heartedly recommend Susan.

Hello.nnMy wife and I have used Susan for legal matters over the last seven years and would highly recommend her to anyone. Two instances stand out to us.nnSusan helped us in a construction contract dispute with a very satisfactory result. The contractor was very unreasonable and Susan was able to keep our costs to a minimum.nnWe also used Susan to help our daughter in a divorce. Susan offered awesome guidance and advice to our daughter. She was more than just an attorney for our daughter.....a real counselor!nnVery grateful to know her. Expect professionalism.

She is not an advocate for abused women and children and she does not have your best interest at heart. She will insist on mediation and for you to give your child up to an abused just to run the clock up. She also will tell you to move back in with the abuser to set him up just to run up the clock. She filed 2 motions and charged $2200 and then withdrew from my case. Average cost is $3500. My husband's attorney was able to track my finances, phone records & emails without proper discovery. I suspect that She is in cahoots with my husband's attorney and judge to line her pockets. She is a snake and cannot be trusted.
