I use to use Mrs Fabian’s Real Estate closing services often( I'm a investor)... I had her office handle a duplex purchased in Fulton co , and by county guidelines for all non- single family homes... All water bills are to be cleared before sale... After a few months the county contacted me with a 2000 dollar+ bill... Mrs Fabian’ a office person acknowledged their mistakes , but theN stopped talkIng my calls... Never responded to my letters and never addressed their liability... I was surprised because I felt I knew her better than that...
