He kept us well informed throughout the entire legal process. When it came time to negotiate our settlement Mr. Manton acted in our best interest and exceeded our expectations. It was explained to Jason that he was assisting someone who was harassing me and not to contact me further. He continues to contact me and my husband. His client was told to bill our health insurance. She refused. She wanted to Bill the car insurance from the accident. She wanted the better money. She did not do As was told repeatedly. Instead she harassed our lawyer till he quit. She then harassed the adjuster until she refused to even talk to Nikki. After that she started harassing us. When told not to contact us Better Health By Design hired Jason to harass us. Well Nikki did not do what she was told to do. She has been abusive and now she has this guy helping her abuse us. Not our fault she was too greedy to file with our health insurance. Jason needs to stop contact with us. He has been told multiple times to stay away from us and take a look at the mental stability of his client and her behavior. Do not trust this guy. He clearly thinks he is exempt from the law.

I was in an accident December 22, 2018. An 18 year old girl ran a red light in Gainesville. Jason and Kirstie were awesome! Kirstie really listened when I called and told her what happened and seemed to really care! That meant a lot to me! They sent me to a great chiropractor to get fixed and handled all the legal stuff! I hope to never have to call him again but if I'm ever in another accident, he'll be the lawyer I call! Thanks Jason!
