It’s not often that you write that an attorney is helpful or kind. But I have to commend this amazing attorney, his obvious knowledge and skill, for doing just this, providing the most valuable 15 minutes of time I’ve ever had. Most attorneys of his caliber change hundreds for a basic consultation but, he was glad to hear the nature of the concern and quickly addressed the best way to handle it. My wife called their office to check their schedule and see when we could come by for a consultation. They had agreed on a Friday at 10 am. I took half a day off work for this meeting. When the day came we had a little difficult time finding the office, so we called for directions. When we did, they informed us that they didn't have us on the schedule. We verified the number and address and it is correct (so I know that my wife had called the correct location). She even checked her call log on her phone for the number. It all checked out. Later Douglas called us directly to correct this over sight and apologize, he even made time on the weekend for our consultation.
