Don't bother. You cannot walk in ever, there will be no one to help you. You also will not have your appointment kept, it will either be canceled a day before, or as in our experience this morning, after you've been sitting in their waiting room for 10 minutes. My recommendation is go anywhere else, A Wellness Place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Be very careful before you take your garments that your insurance company has approved. My insurance company (Blue Cross) has denied the claim and I now have to pay nearly $400 for 2 garments. These could have been purchased online for half the price. Part of the problem with Blue Cross is because they bill through the hospital rather than an independent facility. The 2 stars is because the fitters and everyone who works there is very pleasant.

The ladies at the wellness place are wonderful they measured me perfectly for my compression garments and I will be returning for more.
