Horrible and rude service. Not even a chair to sit and was asked to wait 35 minutes. Great way to lose customers.
Worst haircut in a long long time. I was very specific in telling the stylist I wanted a light trim with the hair remaining slightly over my ears. She acknowledged she understood then proceeded to cut my hair into almost a butch cut with whitewall sides well above my ears. She started wacking my hair off before I could stop her. I’ve always had decent haircuts there before for many years. This is the first time I’ve seen her there and will be the last time.
Just walked into this place to get a haircut. They tell me that there is a long wait, I see lots of names on the board but nobody actually waiting and no one actually getting a cut. They won't let you sign in in person you must do it on the app due to covid. Last thing I need is another app on my phone. Walked out and went to the place down the street to get a cut.
Shae gave me a great haircut and she was so friendly and kind. Her service and skill have turned me into a loyal customer. Thank you.
My hair stylist was easy going, communicative and did a great job. Will be returning to this location next time.
