I have two daughters that cheer at ATA and they've both greatly improved in their short time there. But people need to understand that all-star cheer is not always going to be sunshine and roses and it's certainly not always easy. It takes a serious commitment on the part of the athletes and the parents. Take a look at all the 5-star ratings ATA has received and that will probably tell you all you need to know about the few 1-star ratings they've received.

We love ATA. We started with Icon and were there for the merge. My daughter has learned so much and they have been like a family for 9 years now!

100% agree with Allison’s review of this facility. The coaches and owner Matt only care about money. They poorly communicate and only care about the ongoing money chain so they can vacation and drink booze. Seeing coaches get drunk and posting selfies the night before a competition is disgraceful. They treat girls poorly and run a hazardous environment for the girls. Do yourself a favor and find a better place that will care about your daughter and treat families with respect.

My daughter has been on a team at ATA for the past six years. She has made great friends with many girls that are mature, focused and happy. I think that competing here has been a positive influence on her life and I find the coaches to be cognizant of the role that they play and the influence that they have over each girl and boy's future. I also have to take exception with the opinion expressed by another reviewer characterizing ATA as a 'money machine'. ATA is a business, pure and simple. To stay viable, parents expect them to win competitions. To win competitions, a gym has to attract talented competitors. I am always amazed how ATA manages to do that without dismissing or minimizing the contributions of others who may not be 'super stars'. It's a delicate balance they must maintain to stay in business, retain members, and motivate kids. I certainly don't envy their task but I do applaud their commitment to it and level of professionalism exhibited while doing it. But above all I appreciate ATA's recognition that ultimately their coaches and staff are as integral to the future potential of their members as the teachers these kids see every day in school.
