They are always quite helpful and efficient even in a difficult time.
I had to wait in car lane to pick up prescription for 30 minutes to be asked to come in & pick up. Technician wearing mask below nose. Very unhappy
Sad to see so many people are unhappy with this CVS. I on the other hand have never had any issues with this location. They are always nice and helpful to me at the counter or drive through! Usually also pretty quick with filling my prescriptions. The only time I have had to wait a long time on hold or in the store was when I needed medicine right before Christmas (which is completely understandable, everyone calls saying they need their meds during that time of the year!). I will continue to use this location going forward.
Horrible Customer Service, the new Manager Abby is rude and obnoxious. I have always had great customer service with the Store Manager Melanie she puts the customer first. Take my advice and shop at another CVS if Melanie isn’t the Manager on duty, because the customer service will be horrible. I’m definitely emailing CVS corporate as we speak!!
Horrible service, never go there!!! Never answer calls and you will be on hold for ever, don’t understand what they do, very incompetent people... FIRE THEM!!!!
