CVS

If I could do zero stars I would! I was made by my insurance company to go only to CVS. So I had been very happy with Walgreens on Keith Bridge Rd. Since I switched this CVS has been unbelievable! Every time I call I spend about 25 to 30 minutes on Hold. My son dropped off two prescriptions at once yesterday. One was to be filled today. So I spend an hour before I finally get the actual pharmacist and GUESS WHAT, they LOST my prescription. They said they don’t have it. So I gave them full analysis of what happened and who my son handed the two prescriptions yesterday and told them to check their video! So I just called pharmacist back to see if they found it and he says we are texting our employees that were working yesterday to try to find it! What? Unbelievable!! How does a pharmacy lose a prescription! And it happened to be a controlled prescription. You usually can’t get a new script on those! But it just happens that my doctor office called me with some blood results and I told her they LOST my script. She agrees to let me come by her office to get a new one! What if she didn’t do that? I would have been without my med for a month! So I tell the pharmacist and he says, ok well bring it in Nd we will fill it! Does he think I’m crazy? I will go bAck to Walgreens and pay out of my pocket rAther than use CVS ever Again. Do not drop scripts off here! U will be sorry! Worse drugstore ever saw!

This CVS is great. The pharmacy department is on top of their game. Tammy is great to work with and goes out of her way to help when there is a problem.

I wanted to take a moment to appreciate the wonderful pharmacy staff at this location.nnLong story short, the app would not allow me to pay for my prescriptions (some weird bug) and I could not set up same-day delivery for the prescriptions that I needed and could not get there myself to pick up. I called and spoke to the male pharmacist (I didn't catch his name) and he was so helpful. Even though an app being buggy is definitely not his area, he didn't let that stand in the way of getting my prescriptions to me.nnTo my surprise, after I called their store to try and figure it out, he called me back a few minutes later to tell me he tried something and asked if I got a text. I looked and I did! He took time out of his busy day to try and figure out why I couldn't get my prescriptions paid for and delivered. Not only did he figure it out, he helped me get everything arranged and I got my prescription delivered that day!nnAmazing service and amazing pharmacist to step in and help like that. By far, the best pharmacy staff in the area as they really care about the people who come to them. Thank you again for helping so much!

Dawn has the worst attitude and Mustafa is useless.
