By far the slowest pharmacy you will ever visit. My husband and I have unfortunately been using this pharmacy for over a year and there has yet to be a time that we have left and not complained to each other about how slow their services or something as simple as picking up a prescription.
This location used to be good, with friendly staff and good service. But that's sadly no longer true (as of about 6-9 months ago.) The service ranges from unfriendly to rude. I'd suggest finding a different location if you truly need a CVS.
This is by far the worst cvs I've ever been to. I've worked at cvs in the past, so I understand how busy it can get. However, even when there is nobody in the store the pharmacy won't pick up. They never have the prescriptions ready when its supposed to be, and they don't let you know when it is ready. Therefore, you just have to guess because they definitely won't answer the phone. This cvs is right by my place, but I am more than glad to drive further for better service.
Rudest people I have ever met in a store. Will never shop there again. They say they require mask but yet do not offer them. So how can you expect someone to wear something that you do not offer. They need new management and employees.
The customer service here is absolutely awful and how they treat you . The manger is worse. Very disrespectful and condescending. I put my stuff down and refused to purchase here.
