This store does not require masks of its customers or its employees. When I mentioned that CDC recommends double masking now, the employee told me that their customers are free to do whatever they are comfortable with. When I mentioned putting others at risk with no mask, the employee once again told me whatever the customers are comfortable with. I guess their staff and customers are comfortable in endangering other people's lives, and continuing the spread of COVID. Trust me people one dress is not worth putting yours and your loved ones lives at risk. There are lots of other stores at the Avenue who have implemented masks, and who care for their customers' safety (and have better clothes.) AVOID THIS STORE.

I was a first time customer and so was my daughter (a nurse). We were not happy going into the store to see the Sales Associate not wearing a mask. All the customers coming into the store had their mask on. There were at least 10 customers in the store. I went to pay and showed her my text and before I could pull my phone way, she had her finger on it. There needs to be more responsibilities and practice to keep your employees and customers safe. Not a good fit for us!!!!

I’ve been shopping at this location pretty much since they opened. The girls are so super friendly and welcoming. I’ve never met such an awesome staff that’s so willing to be as helpful as possible. They truly go above and beyond the definition of customer service! Not to mention my closet is now FULL of cute clothes that are very affordable to a college student. I LOVE this place!!!

Love this boutique. I called them on a Friday last minute before leaving to go out of town for the weekend. I had my eye on a few items I saw in the online shop and wanted to come in on my lunch break to quickly try a few things and have them on hand before leaving on my trip directly from work. The girls were extremely accommodating and anything they didn’t have in the local shop that I’d mentioned from the online they store, they found comparable products for me to try. When I arrived, a dressing room was ready with several outfits for me to try. I was so impressed with their attention to detail and efforts to get me and out on a lunch hour. I also loved the laid back and accepting vibe of the shop. I’m a curvier girl and sometimes can feel like an outside at small boutiques. I didn’t sense any judgement or separation and felt really good when presenting outfits for opinions. I love that they have options for many sizes without compromising comfort or fashion. Will definitely be back.
