If I could could a -1 stars I would...probably one of the WORST customer service experiences I have ever had to deal with. The owner here is really a wonderful person and will do anything for her customers; however, I would encourage you to never go on a day she is not there because her sales associate was down right nasty. When I was confused over an error she made with a discount and then the fact that one shirt was on the same table as others marked 20% she informed me I needed to learn how to read a sign - is she kidding me? Then she mocked me in front of several other customers to the point where they all announced they were leaving and going to JR Criders (you know a Christian run local owned store that would NEVER treat customers in this manner). I have spent $100's of $100's at Belhaven's but that is my last time I will ever step foot in that door and I will continue to broadcast this experience to others...no one should EVER mock and treat customers the way this woman did, shame on her (especially in front of my 11 year old that was crying). RUDE, no other word for it. And, here they can block me like they did on Instagram. Shame on all of you at Belhavens!
