Everything about my purchasing experience was wonderful. Joseph Nguyen did an absolute Great job helping me to purchase the exact vehicle I have been looking for and made it so easy. I drove more than 3 1/2 hours (each way) to be able to purchase from Billy Howell Ford. I will likely do it again

Just bought one of the nicest trucks I've ever owned from Dan Hayward there. This was an awesome buying experience and none of the shenanigans you see at other dealerships exist here. Everyone from Service (Susan Jordak and Alex), as well as the sales team and financing were warm and up front about everything. They also really value the military (I'm a retired Vet) and it shows. Thanking the Military at other places is only lip service, not here. Recommend anyone wanting to buy a new or used truck go here first!

Drove into to Billy Howell Ford to look at a car we saw on AutoTrader and oh boy they got me good!nThey got me to drive out of there in a newer model from what I had for a great price.nnJoseph and Daniel were very patient in allowing us to browse the different cars they had available and test drive them.nnWhen it was all said and done, the team at Billy Howell Ford did an awesome job in finding me and my family a Car for a good price.

Luke was our awesome salesman!! Our first used vehicle choice didn't work out; but Luke worked for us in the background for 3 days and found the perfect used truck for our sons first vehicle. He had all the paperwork together for us when we came back and set us up with a wonderful financial service man.nOur experience was so phenomenal at Billy Howell Ford, that we will definitely be returning customers.nEverything was explained to us, and all our questions were answered very patiently and thorough by Luke and in finance.
