This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Will is a new sales representative but very knowledgeable of the Nissan products. He was in tune with my needs and wants and not at all coercive. Stephen, the general sales manager, was, also, non-coercive and pleasant to deal with. We had cordial back and forth on price, and ultimately reached an agreement which I feel was fair to both parties.
Every one was very nice! I was shocked when I came to pick up my Rogue, they had done a check on the Rogue! I only took it there for an extra key! Thank goodness, the air filter & cabin filter was black!!!! Thumbs up!!!!!!nAlso very knowledgeable!!!!!!!nI’ve only had it for maybe 3 or4 days! It’s a 2018!
After car shopping for our daughter for about two months, we were pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and ease of working with the sales team at Nalley Nissan. Michelle Cruz and Alondra Carr were top notch and the reason we came back two days in a row to make a deal. They are truly exceptional above all the rest in the dealer industry in the local North Georgia area.
We have had consistently good service. Last week, Jamie gave a quick fix to a bracket that was hanging from the undercarriage. He did so for free and would not accept any payment. Great Service.
Can't give a 5 ud83cudf1f as I didn't complete a transaction with Nalley Nissan. Even though they no longer had the vehicle I was interested in, I was impressed by the prompt response to my inquiry and their willingness to keep me in mind if they get another vehicle of the same make I'm interested in or something they think might interest me. I'm confident they would have rated 5 stars with the entire buying process!
