I received an appointment for service the day after I called. The dealership was very clean; snacks & beverages were provided. The service desk and waiting area were very clean and orderly. I got my car back within one hour as promised. Excellent service experience.nnNeeded oil change and brake fluid flush and refill. The price was reasonable and they serviced my car and had it back as promised. They even threw in a car wash. Great folks ud83dude04

Had an appointment on a Saturday for routine service. I was greeted and checked in as soon as I exited the vehicle. The check in was easy and quick. The vehicle was ready at the appointed time including a wash job which was a nice extra. Check out was quick and without issue. The people were friendly yet professional and knew their jobs well. I have not had a bad experience at Lou Sobh Kia

We went to Lou Sobh Kia to buy a new car they were extremely understanding, extremely kind, extremely helpful. They found the best deal for us the best car for us didn’t push us to look at to many cars they did really well. A week later our car needed its tires rotated it was time we went there they estimated us an hour my husband was only there 30 minutes thankfully and they even put it through the car wash. Very awesome customer service love going there.

08/12/20: Returned to Lou Sobh Kia and traded our 2018 Kia Soul for a 2021 Kia Seltos. Again, the sales team was absolutely wonderful, not only meeting our financial needs, but providing the absolutely best vehicle we were looking for!!nnBrought my Kia Soul in for an oil change; was greeted right away and my car promptly taken for service. Was done when expected, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and definitely will be back!nn12/22/18: Traded our 2017 Kia Soul for a 2018 Special Edition Kia Soul. The Sales Team was truly wonderful and worked with us to make it happen within our budget!

Everything was perfect. My sales rep was nothing short of perfect. The entire team was great... I was in and out in a decent time. I love my car and they did all they could to make me happy!
