Every interaction with Troncalli Subaru has been phenomenal. Car buying can be stressful and I took a deep breath, and steeled myself for a distasteful interaction based on my last Subaru purchasing experience (at a dealer much closer to my house). Wow was I surprised. Charlie my salesman was amazing, transparent, helpful, delightful to talk with, and very professional. When I asked about the couple of cars I was looking at, he shared full details on their history and answered every question completely. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. When he told me about a small paint issue in a literally quarter sized spot that they want to fix, (and that I may not have even noticed) he *volunteered* (! yes really) to come get the car from my house the following week (30 miles away) so that I am not inconvenienced. The financing person (can't recall his name) was great to work with, and answered all question, making the process seamless and easy. After the purchase, I got a call from Tom the service manager who will fix that little paint ding (and they also explained how it had happened), super professional, attentive, and detailed. COVID safety and cleanliness were top notch. I will definitely return to these guys. And, I love my new certified outback! (5K miles on it) I will even drive this distance to get service -- very impressed with this dealership and I will not be going to the one 10 minutes from my house every again. Ask for Charlie! He is awesome -- and the rest are too!

Been here many times and I always got greeted and assisted by a sales rep immediately, however the one time I come straight from work not a single one of the three sales reps bothered too greet or provide assistance. Walked around the lot 3 times. I guess I have to go change clothes before I can buy a truck, or go to another dealer.
