I am giving a review based upon overall shopping experience and high praise for the dealer to offer quality vehicles and a guarantee with every purchase. I also know for years they have been in business of their great reputation from others who purchased vehicles. And in discussions with sales personnel they have multiple financing options to help customers complete the transaction. Unfortunately they did not have the right vehicle for my purchase at this time and I purchased at another competing dealer in the area nearby.nnHowever, one big critique of this dealer of an irritant in the shopping process is that this dealer leaves listings marked sold on the website of available inventory for very long time, and I mean weeks. At the time of this review they have 16 sold listings on their website of vehicles offered for sale. I don’t know if this is laziness, carelessness, or perhaps to feed the owners ego to show prospective customers he is selling cars. But as a consumer these sold listings that I am unable to buy only causes me frustration, and waste my time to go through available inventory and still see vehicles I am unable to buy. A sold vehicle is not available inventory by any definition.nnI also wasted additional time to have to go visit the dealer lot to look at vehicles because I had zero confidence in the website that the vehicle offered was still for sale. And I was ready to buy an Infinity SUV and only to discover it had been sold a week earlier at auction but was on the website and this time had no sold listing imprint on the listing.

Sketchy!!!! Unprofessional and no follow through. They get your personal information and never reach back out to you. I was able to purchase a vehichle with cash and have money in my pocket going elsewhere

Bought a truck there and 2 weeks later it needed an entire new engine. Machanic (two different locations) said absolutely the seller knew about the engine issues it’s clear and plain as day . I am not engine savvy and trusted them to sell me a vehicle that ran and was trust worthy. They said sorry you take it off the lot it’s yours! Talking to people now about my experience has solidified my experience as many have had the same issue and no one should ever buy any vehicles from Texans ever! Unless you just have $15000 to give away. Terrible terrible place! Liars and cheats.

Purchased a 2008 Cadillac STS-V from here, the quality of the car exceeded all of my expectations. I live out of state, so I had the vehicle shipped to me. The transport lost the keys to the car, but Michael was quick to respond and overnight-ed me new keys. After this experience, I would confidently purchase a car from him again without seeing it beforehand! Would highly recommend, and wouldn't mind buying another car from here.

I just purchased a used Subaru WRX from Mike at Sawnee Mountain Motors. Let me tell you, this guy knows how to do business and how to be a truly respectable human being. My entire experience was straight forward with no hassle. Mike even stayed late so I could drive up and see the vehicle. I experienced some bumps with financing (banks closed on Sundays) and Mike worked with me to take the car home while we waited on the banks. Mike is a man of his word and will go out of his way to make his customers satisfied. I am beyond satisfied with the service I received and will be referring him to everyone. Thanks Mike.
