Texanos Trucks

I visited Texanos Trucks today and the experience was beyond great; Miss Alexandra was extremely courteous; she took her time to make sure that I understand the features of the vehicles that I was interested in buying. No sale pressure, simply exceptional service. There were many automobiles to choose from and the prices were reasonable. The Office was very clean and all the other employees were pleasant and showed appreciation for my patronage. I give Texanos Trucks an A+.nFritz-Gerald Délice

my daughter and her husband visited there to look at vehicle today..nIt was approximately an hour before they close and people working there were very rude wouldn't come out and assist them with a vehicle and told my daughter more or less that she couldn't afford anything there on that lot unless she had $5,000 down and eight years financing with approved credit through a bank ...or every other vehicle she asked about they told them it had already sold today..nI'll give them zero stars if I was able to...nThey can't stay open especially during a pandemic and treating people like they did its poor customer service and from the looks of the other reviews on here it's a blessing in disguise that they didn't get a vehicle there today ...nDon't go there buyer beware, and check the BBB I did after their experience ...nThey also have bad reviews on BBB about them...nLesson learned ...nCan't help wondering if it was a race thing myself since my Son in law has very long dreads..my daughter was very upset ...she had cash to pay down in her wallet today too!nMust be doing really well Texanos Trucks to turn customers away..

DO NOT PURCHASE OR TEST DRIVE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! THEY ARE CROOKS. Last week I purchased a vehicle from this dealership that was rigged for a dangerous situation. When at the car lot I asked questions about the vehicle and was completely lied to by the staff. A few days after purchasing the vehicle it broke down so I had a mechanic come look at it thinking it was just a minor issue with a sensor. To my surprise I found out that I basically have to build a whole new vehicle. The truck had a cracked differential and was missing a whole drive shaft amongst many other issues. When I asked about the 4 wheel drive icon showing on the dash I was told that they just put new wheels on the vehicle and the system just needed to be reset to clear the code. THIS IS A VERY VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION. THIS IS A VEHICLE THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO HAVE PEOPLE TEST DRIVE IN THIS CONDITION BECAUSE OF THE SEVERE SAFETY RISK. I COULD HAVE CRASHED AND KILLED MY ENTIRE FAMILY JUST DURING THE TEST DRIVE. THEY WATCHED ME ,MY WIFE AND KID LEAVE THE DEALERSHIP IN THIS DANGEROUS VEHICLE. TO GET THIS VEHICLE FIXED I WILL HAVE TO PAY ALMOST AS MUCH AS I BOUGHT IT FOR. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!! When I called they told me they were not concerned with me or my family. This was suppose to be a work vehicle that I really needed. Its a shame and disappointing how this situation has turned out and I will not rest until they are fully exposed across the board. I HAVE NOT HAD THIS VEHICLE FOR A FULL WEEK YET. THANKS TEXANO TRUCKS!!!

Highly disappointing. Call 25 minutes before arriving asking if a vehicle was available for a test drive. I'm told it's available and they will be waiting. I arrive on the lot highly inappropriate music for any professional environment and am greeted by three young ladies. I ask about the car and am immediately told that the car in question sold already and I was told that information on my phone call. They immediately redirected me to a smilar modle that was almost 20% more expensive. When I was clearly displeased they showed me to another car and asked if I wanted to test drive it. I decide to give one more chance and go to turn the key. The battery was dead. At this point, it was time to call this visit a total loss and go home. Nothing is marked and no car warranties are available with any of their cars.
