Incredibly rude staff! We stopped through the drive thru to get food, including happy meals for two of our three kids. The 3rd has food allergies and cannot eat anything at McDonalds. No big deal, we know this and deal with it all the time. We always buy her a toy only to make her feel included. We have done this at any McDonalds in any state. This McDonalds would not sell us a toy. We attempted to order one and they said no because it was Pokémon cards. It wasn’t, so we explained to the person handing us our order that one of our children has food allergies so we only wanted to get an extra toy. He told us the price of one but because he was at the delivery window he had to ring it up inside. Fine, no big deal. We get inside and a woman comes storming up from the back telling him not to sell it to us, unless we buy a wholenHappy Meal that she cannot eat. For a $1 toy?? It’s literally in the menu for purchase, and I’m not going to buy food for my daughter that she cannot eat and make her feel excluded. That is literally the point of buying her the toy! Suffice it to say we left without a toy and an upset daughter. Further we went to eat our food, and they got our order wrong and gave us stale fries. If you want any kind of respect, or edible food, avoid this location!

Anytime I go through the drive-through here, our order is always messed up. Today, i ordered two apple pies, to which they gave us one apple pie and one strawberry and cream pie. Additionally, the pies were EXPIRED! We'd came in at 4 pm, whereas the stickers on the pies indicated the pies had expired three hours ago. They were also missing the condiments I ordered for my fries. Will try to avoid the McDonald's when I can.

i ordered the new spicy chicken sandwich. look is similar to chick fil a: butter bun, pickles and secret spicy sauce. size was comparable to chick fil a, heat was good comparable to popeyes and wendys chicken offering. where this sandwich failed miserably was the crunch factor. spicy chicken sandwiches have that resounding crunch before you taste the juicy white chicken breast inside. there was none of that with this chicken experience. it was like biting into a wet towel. on a side note fries were cold too. until mcds fixes this, stick with chick fila, popeyes or wendys for your spicy chicken fix.
